Introduction

Here we are offering sharing version of meaningful and affordable safari option to wildlife lovers. It is most suitable safari option for solo visitor, couple or friends who have special interest in wildlife photography. Many time due to high non-sharing safari cost and poor experience of congested sharing safari, we have to compromise with our safari dreams. Here we have tried to offer the possible way to enjoy a good safari experience in shared manner, in company of like minded visitors.

Safari Highlights

Some major highlights of our safaris:

• It is a popular tiger reserve which offers high probability for tiger sighting and photography
• It is a comfortable sharing mode of safari thus get the advantage of group safaris, meeting different wildlife lovers, exchanging knowledge and experience.
• In a 6 seater vehicle, we will accommodate only 04 visitors so that it will not get congested to compromise the good photography experience. Any child below 05 yrs could be 5th option, if coming with any co-visitor.
• Starting and ending point of safari will be entry gate.
• A good safari guide with good knowledge of animals, birds, trees and animal tracking skills.
• No separate camera fee if it is for personal use.
• Our expert advise and booking assistance for hotels and cab service.

Safari Cost

Here we have shared per safari cost on per person basis. Here we have shared safari cost for Indian national and other country visitors. As per rule, there permit cost differs thus safari cost also differs.

Inclusions

Lets check what things are included in above cost.

• Complete jungle safari which includes safari permits fee, safari vehicle fee and guide fee. We try to book most happening and popular safari zones. Just confirm us in advance.
• Service of skilled driver and guide. We use selective drivers and guides for safari drives to enhance the safari experience.
• Camera fee is included till it is for personal use.
• Boat fee to cross Madhai river for jeep safari in Madhai zone.

Exclusions

Here we have listed the things or services which are not covered in above cost.

• Any stay and ground transfers. On request, we can easily arrange it.
• GST @5% on total cost.
• Any water bottles, laundry, soft drink, hard drink, phone charges.
• Any night safari, boating safari, canoeing, walking safari.

Terms & Conditions

Some major highlights of our safaris:

• Booking must be done in 1 month or more in advance. Must add 5% GST on every payment.
• We prefer 4 person per vehicle so that all the vistors can sit comfortably and freely do the photography.
• Our reporting place in entry gate, 30 minutes before gate opening time. This is to prevent any delay and inconvenience to co-visitors.
• For booking confirmation, do 100% advance payment along with readable image copy of your id document.,
• Id document for Indian citizens could be Adhar card, Driving License, Voter id, Passport, OCI, PAN card.
• ID document for foreign nationals is only active passport. No other Id document is acceptable.
• Foreign nationals with Indian origin can be treated as Indian citizen if they have active OCI card.

Cancellation Policy

Before any confirmation, please go through our cancellation policy. As it is a group safari system thus here we must get all possible visitors list ready in advance so that we can timely book our safari permits. These permits can't be amended thus once permit is prepared with all visitor names, we have to stick with them. Thus any cancellation will be a great loss for us and due to advance booking, cancellation rule will also be strict to reduce booking losses.

• Here cancellation information should be provided to us in written format for our record and reference. Telephonic cancellation is not acceptable.
• Cancellation amount will be refunded to respective guest in 4-7 working days, in to there shared account. In case of foreigner guests, refund procedure may take long time, depending upon banking prodecure. We will try to complete it in 10-20 days period, on priority.
• If you are doing cancellation before 125 days period, then we may consider for date rescheduling, instead of refund. Once permit is prepared, rescheduling or name changes will not be allowed so we will go for cancellation with refund option, as per given schedule.
• No show or missing the safari vehicle due to late arrival will not entitle anybody for any refund.
• Under unusual circumstances, in any case of safari cancellation due to park management, we will do the refund, if park management will do any refund to us. If park management denies for any refund, we will not be able to do any refund.
